During the setup stage, we will make sure everything is implemented seamlessly into your existing sales channels and ready to go live.

RESElling

As soon as you went live, we will take care of all the logistics behind your program. From approving trade-ins to creating value of the used pieces to fullfilling your orders.

  • 1. Trade-in

    The trade-in forrm allows customers to fill out details about their piece and instantly get a quote. After a quality check at our warehouse, customers will get their reward.

  • 2. Value Creation

    Every piece is professionally cleaned and photographed. Repairs can be an optional add-on.

  • 3. Integration

    The piece will be branded with a secondhand certificate and will be integrated into the digital sales channel and is ready to be purchased.

  • 3. Resale

    Once purchased, we will take care of the fulfillment of your order and ship it in brand-true packaging.
